A nice ride around the Dyfi Forest getting ready for the Dyfi Enduro. Met Dave and Jon at the ClimachX Car park then went up the first Dyfi climb. I felt terrible on this and was lagging behind by miles. We then did the Elephant descent and went across to the Builth descent before climbing back up to the top via the punishment climb to the 3 in 1 descent.

After that we climbed back to the top again and did the fional descent of the Dyfi.

I felt better towards the end, but will need to be fitter for the Dyfi Enduro!
